We build European Birdies bags to be used — round after round, season after season.

Our bags are made from carefully selected, durable materials and designed to withstand years of disc golf. Mud, rain, travel and thousands of throws are all part of the journey.

Like any piece of outdoor equipment, a well-used bag will eventually show its age. Fabric can wear, colours can fade and components can wear down over time. That's normal.

What shouldn't happen is a failure caused by defective materials or workmanship.

That's why European Birdies bags are backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a covered defect occurs during the expected lifetime of your bag, we'll work to make it right.

WHAT DOES OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality of the bag during its expected lifetime.

Examples of defects that may be covered include:

• Defective stitching or seams
• Manufacturing defects in the fabric or construction
• Defective buckles, fasteners or other structural components
• Other failures caused by defective materials or workmanship

Whenever reasonably possible, we prefer to repair rather than replace a bag. A properly repaired bag can stay on the course for many more years.

If we determine that a covered defect cannot reasonably be repaired, we may replace the affected product with the same model or a comparable product.

Zippers

Zippers are covered by our commercial warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.

This limitation applies only to our additional commercial warranty and does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Our Lifetime Warranty is a warranty against manufacturing defects - not a guarantee against normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Worn or abraded fabric caused by repeated contact with the ground or other surfaces
• Fading, scratches, scuffs, stains or other cosmetic changes
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or improper storage
• Cuts, tears, burns or punctures caused during use
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, machine washing or harsh chemicals
• Damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed by third parties
• Repaired, reconditioned, factory-second or used bags sold as such by European Birdies or an authorised retailer

Cosmetic wear that does not materially affect the function of the bag is not considered a manufacturing defect.

WHAT DOES "LIFETIME" MEAN?

Lifetime refers to the expected functional lifetime of the product — not the lifetime of the person who owns it.

The lifespan of a disc golf bag depends on factors such as frequency of use, conditions, loading, storage and care.

A bag used for hundreds of rounds every year will naturally wear faster than a bag used occasionally.

Our Lifetime Warranty applies when a product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship during its expected functional lifetime. It does not mean that a bag will remain in new condition indefinitely or that components subject to normal wear will never need repair or replacement.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@europeanbirdies.com.

Please include:

• Your name
• Proof of purchase or order number
• The model of your bag
• A short description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the affected area and the overall condition of the bag

We may request additional photographs or ask for the bag to be sent to us if we need to inspect it before determining whether the issue is covered.

Each warranty claim is assessed individually based on the nature of the defect, the age and condition of the bag, and its expected functional lifetime.

CLEANING & CARE

Taking proper care of your bag helps extend its functional lifetime.

European Birdies bags use durable technical fabrics designed for demanding outdoor use. Despite their durability, proper cleaning and storage are important.

Cleaning

Remove dirt and mud as soon as reasonably possible to prevent it from becoming embedded in the fabric.

For general cleaning:

• Remove loose dirt using a soft or medium-soft brush.
• Clean the bag by hand using lukewarm water, no warmer than 30°C.
• Use a soft brush or cloth on stubborn dirt.
• Avoid harsh detergents, bleach and other aggressive cleaning products.
• Do not machine wash the bag.

If water alone is not sufficient, use a small amount of mild soap suitable for technical outdoor fabrics.

Drying

Allow the bag to air dry naturally.

Do not dry the bag using a tumble dryer, radiator or other direct heat source. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight while drying.

Make sure the bag is completely dry before storing it.

Water resistance

Depending on use and age, the fabric's water-repellent properties may gradually decrease.

After cleaning and completely drying the bag, a suitable waterproofing or impregnation treatment for technical outdoor fabrics can be applied to help maintain its water resistance.

Proper cleaning, drying and storage will help keep your European Birdies bag on the course for as long as possible.
